For the fastest processing, we kindly request that you initiate your return or exchange directly through the platform where you made the purchase (Amazon or TikTok Shop). However, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you encounter any issues or are not fully satisfied with the resolution provided by the platform, please reach out to us here, and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? Plus

It depends on your order status:

If your order has not shipped yet: Simply request a refund directly, and you can place a new order with the correct items or shipping address.

If your order has already been shipped: We are unable to cancel or modify it in transit. However, once you receive the package, you are more than welcome to apply for a return or exchange.

How do I track my order? Plus

Once your order ships, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you automatically. You can use this number to check your shipment's progress on our website or the carrier's portal. For Amazon or TikTok Shop orders, please track via their respective order history pages.

How should I wash and care for my INNOMINT activewear to maintain its performance? Plus

To preserve the shape, compression, and buttery-soft feel of our technical fabrics, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors, on a gentle cycle. Turn your gear inside out before washing, and avoid using fabric softeners or bleach. For best results, hang dry or tumble dry on low. Do not iron or dry clean.

Are your white or light-colored leggings squat-proof? Plus

Yes! All INNOMINT activewear is crafted with high-density, multi-way stretch fibers designed to provide maximum coverage. Our light colors are rigorously tested to ensure they are fully squat-proof and non-sheer, allowing you to move with total confidence from the studio to the street.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times? Plus

We offer standard shipping across the United States. Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your specific location. We are pleased to provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Do you ship internationally? Plus

Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, expanding globally is on our horizon! Our team is actively working hard to open shipping channels to the European market soon. Stay tuned for international shipping updates!
